Shipping
All products are shipped as quickly as possible by our warehouse team, who will select the best method of delivery based on the products you order and where they are being shipped to. Small items such as strings and pickups will generally be shipped using Australia Post. Other items including Instruments & amplification equipment will be shipped using couriers.
Deliveries to major cities are usually within 2-4 business days, regional areas and WA are usually within 7 working days.

When there is Free Shipping available, we will choose the most economical method and cannot guarantee delivery times.
Returns
You are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit if the products you’ve bought are faulty or significantly different to what's been shown or described to you.
If you need to return an item, you can easily lodge a return request through our simple to use returns centre. Just enter your order number and follow the prompts.
Please note, requesting a return doesn't mean your return is immediately accepted. We will inspect the goods and ensure they meet our guidelines and then contact you with the next course of action (which will also be displayed in the returns centre)
Returns may attract a restocking fee if there is no fault found with the product.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was shipped by us incorrectly. Credits and Refunds are for the goods only and don't include the original shipping costs.
Delivery Times
We always endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Unfortately in this huge land of ours, circumstances beyond our control mean there can be delays to your delivery... If we can't control it, we can't accept responsibility. If you have reason to believe there is a major issue with your delivery, please contact us.
You will be emailed at each step of the way with delivery updates and notified of delivery dates automatically.
East coast cities usually day between 1-4 days and regional areas or WA can take upwards of 7 working days.
Rights
Every now and then, our couriers quote us with a price way more than what we could foresee and therefore show online (this generally only happens to regional areas). In these circumstance we reserve the right to cancel an order or requote the shipping fee.
We also reserve the right to cancel or refund any order, in which processing or pricing has errors due to system or human entry errors.
